Terms of use
These terms describe the simple boundaries for using Offline Game Night and its local tables.
Your licence
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use Offline Game Night for lawful entertainment on compatible devices.
Fair and lawful play
Use the cabinet and its local and nearby play fairly. Do not interfere with another player's device, bypass admission controls or use the app unlawfully.
Local limitations
Phones, Android versions and radio conditions differ. No universal nearby connection or uninterrupted game availability is guaranteed, although the cabinet is designed to keep solo play local.
Ownership
Offline Game Night, its original artwork, game presentation and software remain the property of their owner and licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights that apply to you. App or terms updates may be published to improve games, compatibility, safety or clarity.
